Very fresh banh mi with crispy outside of the bread. Pate & veggies tastes great too! Didn’t expect fries as the side but they are well seasoned and crispy.

This place seriously exceeded expectations. From the moment the food hit the table, you could tell everything was made with care. The Buń Bo Hué was the star—deep, rich broth with layers of flavor that tasted like it had been simmering all day. Perfect balance of savory, spice, and aromatics without being overpowering. The portion was generous, loaded with tender cuts of beef, fresh herbs, and noodles cooked just right. Adding the lime and herbs on the side brought it fully to life. The fresh spring rolls were just as impressive—light, clean, and packed with shrimp and pork belly and crisp greens. The rice paper was soft and fresh, not dried out like you get at some places. The peanut sauce was thick, nutty, and had that slightly sweet-savory kick that ties everything together. Now the wings… those stole the show. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a sticky, flavorful glaze that had a perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and a little heat. The green onions and lime on top added a fresh pop that cut through the richness perfectly. Easily some of the best wings I’ve had in a while. Stopped by Miss Saigon for lunch and had a comforting bún bò Huế. The broth had a nice kick and came with a generous amount of meat, though it could use a tad more depth and intensity. The space is cozy and welcoming with a warm wooden interior, and the service was quick and efficient.

i got the shrimp pho which was really good. the pricing was decent, cheaper than some of the other spots nearby. the service can be a little slow, but the food came out pretty quick. i would love to go back to try some other items on their menu
